According to our Retail Price Index, average used car prices increased 8.1% YoY in December, to £14,085.

It marks 9 months of consecutive price growth and caps a strong year for used prices, which increased 4 % YoY in 2020; a sharp increase on the 0.5% growth recorded in 2019.[3]
